How to build a custom cart?

You can create a custom shopping cart to enhance your store’s shopping cart experience and boost conversion rate. In the app admin, go to Custom cart and select what type of cart you want to create:

Slide drawer
Pop-up

Slide drawer

Slide drawer is a cart type selected by default. To enable it, use the toggle button.

To customize the slide drawer design, go to Design settings and select what exactly you want to edit:

General
Cart footer
Lines
Primary elements
Secondary elements
Buttons

Next, select the color that you want the selected element to be.

Tick the box under Terms and Conditions, if you want shoppers to accept your terms and conditions before proceeding to checkout. You can use the default text or edit it as you wish.

If you have an Installment provider active on Shopify checkout, you can notify your customers about the opportunity to pay in installments - just tick the corresponding box under Installment payment / Buy Now Pay Later.

How to use the Buy now button?

The app enables you to add the “Buy now” button to product pages, collection pages, and a home page to kick off the process of making a purchase.

When this feature is enabled, the buyers are redirected to the checkout page rather than the cart page after clicking the “Buy now” button, thus enjoying an easier and faster checkout experience.

To use the “Buy now” button leading to checkout, in the app admin go to Buy now button and enable it using the toggle button. Next, select the pages where you want to use it on.

Tick the box as in the screenshot below if you want the “Buy now” button on a product page to have the style of the “Add to cart” button.

To fit the general look and feel of an ecommerce store, the “Buy now” button design can be customized.

The original Buy now button can be selected to be hidden to avoid duplicates. To do this, tick the box ‘Hide original Buy now button’ as in the screenshot below.

How to use the Sticky add to cart bar?

Accepted Answer

Add the sticky add to cart bar to all products in a store or selected products. The bar will show buyers the product image, name, quantity, variants, and price, and the Add to cart button.

If the two bars are enabled, the sticky add to cart bar will be displayed on a page until buyers add an item to their shopping cart. When at least one item is added, the sticky checkout bar will be displayed instead.

You can choose the action performed by clicking on the button on the sticky add to cart bar.

Add product to the cart and stay on page. The confirmation mode captioned “Added to your cart!” displays on a page for 3 seconds and then becomes a standard bar again.

Use the add to cart bar functionality for all products or selected products.

Desktop and mobile users interact with online stores differently. Desktop users benefit from a wider screen and more detailed navigation, while mobile users need streamlined, touch-friendly interfaces. Separate customization ensures that each user segment gets the best possible experience.

Now you can adjust settings for Desktop and choose different settings for Mobile devices and now it works simultaneously.
